Today we are reflecting on the beautiful truth—Jesus is The Divine Warrior.
For He put on righteousness as a breastplate, and a helmet of salvation on His head; He put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloak. Isaiah 59:17 NKJV
My Dear Precious Child,
Do not forget, there is a great controversy going on around you and in you. This battle is Mine, not yours, for it is against principalities and powers that are invisible to the human eye. And without Me, there is no victory. For I AM The Divine Warrior who has already triumphed over all evil and every power of darkness. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, for I AM contending with those who are contending with you. I will clothe you with My Armor of Light so that all darkness may be expelled in your life. I will break down all the strongholds of the enemy, and I will become your only Stronghold. I will set you free from his snares of deception. I will take back the ground that the enemy has claimed and send him fleeing from you. I have placed a hedge of protection around you—a boundary that the enemy cannot cross. You will never have to face the trials of this world alone, and when you are tempted, I will provide a way of escape. I will gird you with The Belt of Truth and cover you with My Breastplate of Righteousness. I will protect your feet with The Gospel of Peace. Have faith in Me, and I will give you My very own faith as a shield. I will guard your mind with The Helmet of Salvation. I have given you My Word, The Sword of The Spirit, to defend yourself from the attacks of the evil one. It is by waiting on Me, dwelling in My presence, that you will find strength to stand firm in My power and in My might against the cunning tricks of the enemy.
Love,
Jesus
