Jesus Comforts Us

Today we will be reflecting on the beautiful truth: Jesus is the One who Comforts us.

“Who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.”       II Corinthians 1:4 NKJV

Today we will be reflecting on the beautiful truth—Jesus Comforts Us.

My Dear Precious Child,

I AM your strength and your song. I will lift up your head. I will cause you to forget your complaint. I will cause you to put off your sad face and wear a smile. It is when you are at your weakest that My power and My strength can truly be seen shining in you and through you, for My grace is sufficient for you. I know you are weary and heavy laden. Come dwell in My presence, and I will give you rest for your soul. I will not waste any of your pain or any of your sorrow. I will comfort you. Then you can comfort others with the same comfort I have given you. Remember, this world is only temporary and if you choose Me your true citizenship is in Heaven. One day you will understand why I allowed you to go through all you have. Then your afflictions will seem so dim when you see all the wondrous things I have prepared for you. Endure unto the end, and I will give you the crown of life. You will have right to the tree of life and be able to enter in through the gates into the New Jerusalem. You will abide in My House forever.

Love,
Jesus

May you always remember —Jesus is the One comforts you.
