Today’s Reflection: who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.              II Corinthians 1:4 NKJV

For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. II Timothy 1:7 NKJV

Heavenly Father, forgive me for the times that I have expected You to provide for all my wants. Help me to trust You and acknowledge You in all my ways. You have promised that if I seek You first, You will provide all my needs. I am not to worry about what I am going to eat, or drink, or wear for You already know my every need. You have promised that You will withhold no good thing from those who walk uprightly. You desire to give us good and perfect gifts. You have shown me that in my weakness, my infirmities, my trials, You are being glorified. It is You who comfort me that I may comfort others. You who encourage me that I may encourage others. You give me hope that I may share hope with others. Your perfect love casts out all fear for You give us a spirit of power, of love, and of a sound mind. My desire is to stay connected with You; always filled with Your peace. In Jesus’ Name Amen
