Today’s Reflection: I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for He hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness… Isaiah 61:10 NKJV

…”Take away the filthy garments from him.”
And to him He said, “See, I have removed your iniquity from you, and I will clothe you with rich robes. ” Zechariah 3:4 NKJV

Heavenly Father, I thank You that Your mercies are new every morning. You are a loving God abounding in mercy and grace. You keep Your promises to forgive us when we confess our sins. You remove our filthy rags and replace them with Christ’s Robe of Righteousness. I find it amazing and hard to understand with my finite mind how You see Jesus’s perfect record when You look at me instead of my flawed one. Yesterday is gone forever into the past, never to be rewritten. The future, tomorrow, may never come for me. But I am thankful for the gift of Today. I can choose Today, in the Present, to live in Your Presence. While You give me the gift of time, I can play a big part in choosing how the next chapter of my life is written. Teach me to number my days: to redeem the time for You. In Jesus’ Name Amen
