Today’s Reflection: Then Samuel took a stone and set it up between Mizpah and Shen, and called its name Ebenezer, “Thus far the Lord has helped us. ” I Samuel 7:22 NKJV

For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. Romans 8:18 NKJV

Heavenly Father, Your perfect love casts out all fear. You are our God. You fight for us. We need not be afraid, anxious, discouraged, or dismayed. Teach us to trust in You and to be thankful for all things and in all things knowing Your plans are to prosper us: not to harm us. You desire to give us hope and a future. Jesus, Himself, suffered and was tempted in every way like we are, yet was without sin. He is able to comfort us in our trials and afflictions. Then we can comfort others too. Remind us how You have led in the Past, that You are with us in the Present, and that our Future in that Heavenly country with You will outweigh all the trails, sorrow and pain we experience here on Earth. May Your will, Your purpose, be done in our lives and the lives of our loved ones. May we become overcomers through Jesus who bore our griefs and sorrows: who was wounded and bruised for our sins. In Jesus’ Name Amen
