Today’s Reflection:
Now godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. I Timothy 6:6,7 NKJV

Heavenly Father, Help us to remember that when we leave this earth, we can only take ourselves and others with us. Teach us to seek first Your Kingdom and Your Righteousness and trust You to provide. Help our hearts not to be tangled up in loving the things we accumulate on this Earth that one day will be destroyed. Instead, may we set our hearts on eternal things which are not seen and store up our treasures in Heaven. Help us not to covet things or hoard things but to have willing cheerful hearts to share the God-given blessings You entrust to us. Remove our attachment to anything You desire for us to remove from our homes or lives. Give us the desire to use our time and resources to invest in ourselves and others for Your Kingdom.  In Jesus’ Name Amen
