Today’s Reflection:
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. II Timothy 1:7 NKJV

Heavenly Father, You have not given us the spirit of fear. Fear is of the devil, not You. You have given us the spirit of power, love, and of a sound mind. You invite us to come to You when we are weary and heavy laden. You promise to give us rest. You will never fail us, abandon, or forsake us. In the valley of the shadow of death, You will walk with us. We need not fear the evil one for You are with us. Your rod and Your staff they comfort us. You give power to the faint and to them who have no might You increase strength. I love You, oh LORD, my strength. Help me to wait on You that I may have Your perfect peace fill my heart and mind. May Jesus be seen in me. May Your peace and joy shine forth from me. Use me to spread Your love, Your peace, and Your joy to others. May I always seek You first. In Jesus’ Name Amen
