Heavenly Father, I want to thank You that You chose me before the foundations of the Earth. You knew everything about me even before You created the Earth. You looked down Earth’s history, saw me, and chose me desiring to be my forever friend. You want to spend eternity with me. You are not willing that any should perish, but desire that all come to repentance. Your unfailing love and mercy pursue us drawing us all to You. How You long to gather us under Your wings as a mother hen does her chicks, but You will not force us to come to You. Your love and grace amaze me: You knew before You created the Earth the sacrifice You would make by Jesus coming to this Earth to die for me – for us- for all who will ever live and You still made us. You knew that many would reject You and choose their own way, the way to destruction. You desire for us to choose Jesus, to accept Your love and forgiveness, and choose life. May we choose eternal life, to know You and Jesus Christ whom You sent, be reconciled to You and spend eternity with You. In Jesus’ Name Amen.
