Today’s Reflection:
For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, Philippians 3:20 NKJV

For here we have no continuing city, but we seek the one to come. Hebrews 13:14 NKJV

Heavenly Father, I thank You that I am just a pilgrim on this Earth. This world is not my home, I am just passing through. You see my trials and afflictions and call unto me, saying, “Come unto me you who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest.” Your Word tells me that I am the apple of Your eye. I am thankful You will never leave or forsake me. You never give up on me. Your unfailing love pursues me all the days of my life. You see my pain. You collect my tears in Your tear bottle. My true citizenship is a Heavenly one, and I look forward to the day I meet my Saviour face to face. I know that He is even now preparing a place for me and He is coming back to take me home to be with You for ever in a place where peace and joy will always abound. Set my affections on things above. In Jesus’ Name Amen
