Today’s Reflection:
I waited patiently for the Lord; And He inclined to me, And heard my cry. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, Out of the miry clay, And set my feet upon a rock,  And established my steps. Psalms 40:1-2 NKJV

Dear Heavenly Father, even when our hearts ache and are full or sorrow, may we always rejoice in You and be full of Your joy and peace. When disappointments knock us down , lift us up out of the miry clay. Place our feet on solid ground. Make the foundation of our lives Jesus, the solid Rock, so when the storms come and the enemy tries to knock us down, we can stand firm in the power and might of Jesus. Guide and direct our steps, keeping us on the narrow path that leads to life. Forgive us when we fall short of Your glory. Wash us and make us white as snow.  Remove our sins from us as far as the east is from the west. Engrave Your laws upon our hearts and minds. May Your will be done in our hearts and lives, bringing  glory to Your name. Use us to draw others to You. May our lives bear fruit for Your Kingdom. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
