Today’s Reflection:
For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, 
piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4:12 NKJV

Heavenly Father,  Help us to reverence Your Word the way we should. Fill us with a longing, a deep desire for more of You in our lives: for more of Your precious Word. Help us to incline our ears to Your Word for You have promised that Your Word will accomplish Your purposes for it is living and active able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. Fortify and renew our minds with Your Word so that we do not sin against You. Your Word, Jesus the Word made flesh, and Your Written Word, the Bible, are the weapons we need to resist the enemy. Recall to our mind the right Words at the right time to free us from Satan’s snares and send him fleeing from us. May we have the very Faith of Jesus as our shield. May You see His Righteousness in us. In Jesus’ Name Amen.
