Today’s Reflection:
Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price, therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit which are God’s. I Corinthians 6:19-20 NKJV

Heavenly Father, it amazes me that my body is Your temple. You in the person of the Holy Spirit lives in me. Forgive me, for the times I have willingly chosen to ignore the promptings of the Holy Spirit revealing to me how to care for Your temple physically, mentally, and spiritually. Grant me the knowledge to better take care of my body, the wisdom and resources needed to do so in the midst of the busyness and challenges of life. Help me be strong and courageous, to stand firm, not giving into temption to put into my mind and body the things You have revealed to me will harm me. Instead, may all that I eat and drink, all that I do, bring glory to You . May all I watch, listen to,and read be pleasing to You. May Your will not mine be done. In Jesus’ Name Amen
