Today’s Reflection:
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will.  Ephesians 1:3-5 NKJV

Heavenly Father, it amazes me that You know everything about me yet You still love me and always will for there is nothing that can separate me from Your love. Nobody can pluck me out of Your hands. Before You laid the foundations of the Earth You knew me and chose to be my friend. All my days were already written in Your book. You even know every thought
before I think it. My every word before I say it. You know when I sit down and when I stand up, when I go out and come in. You formed me when I was in the womb. You gave me breath. In You I move and live and have my very being. Without You, I can do nothing but with You all things are possible for You are my Strength. You alone are my Refuge and my Strong Tower. You uphold me with Your Righteousness Right Hand. I praise You. In Jesus’ Name Amen
