Today’s Reflection:
And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
II Corinthians 12:9 NKJV
Heavenly Father, numerous times more than I can remember, I have asked You to remove this thorn in the flesh from me. Your response has been , “My grace is all you need. In your weakness, I will make you strong so that others will see My power at work in you. ” Thank You for teaching me to praise You in all things: my afflictions, my trials, my challenges, for all Satan means for harm You will use for good, for Your honor, for the spreading of the Gospel. I will speak of the marvelous works You are doing in me and through me. I desire the same faith Jesus had when He agonized over the afflictions He had to go through to save us.May I choose to trust You who alone knows the end from the beginning, surrender as He did and say not my will but Your will be done. May I be a person after Your heart. In Jesus’ Name
